2023 Domaine Bachelet-Monnot Batard-Montrachet Grand Cru, Cote de Beaune, France New York Appellation: AnjouGrapes are hand harvested from BacheletMonnots signature Grand Cru block, vineyard managed organically and pressed slowly with indigenous yeast fermentation in 350 L barrels. The wine enjoys a traditional levage of 12 months in barrel (2025% new oak) before resting another 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks to maintain vibrancy and clarityy without the need to fine or filtered. Wine arrives August, 2025.
