Particella B5 2021 was harvested in the 3rd week of September, macerated for 43 days with a submerged cap and no pumpovers, then aged for 10 months in 20 hl oak (Stockinger), followed by 10 months in 16 hl and 3. 2 hl amphoras (Tava), and bottled on May 28th, 2023.
