The Champagne Enchevêtrer of Domaine Leon is the result of 100% Pinot Noir from grapes of the two historic parcels (Lieux-Dits) of the Domaine "La Chevétrée" and "La Grande Côte" near the village of Landreville

We destem the grapes and ferment on skins for about 14 days
