It is vinified in oak and is 70% of the base vintage with the remainder a perpetual reserve started in 1986

VINIFICATION: 2-3 weeks in wooden vats with regular breaking-up of the caps

Aged 6–7 months on fine lees in stainless steel

2023 Domaine Moreau-Naudet Valmur Chablis Grand Cru, France Leon Circle very mineral and with citrusGrand Cru Chardonnay from the steep, wind sculpted slopes of Valmur, organically farmed. Native yeast fermentation, long levage on lees in older barrels, no btonnage. The 2022 channels Valmurs grandeur with a touch more breadthricher stone fruit wrapped in saline tension. In magnum will age beautifully.
