I like both the intensity and the polished mouthfeel that add appeal of the sappy and built-to-age finish that is hugely long but not really austere

structured and sappy finish

There is a lovely sense of underlying tension to the stony and muscular large-bodied flavors that conclude in a youthfully austere and robust finale that flirts with rusticity
