Reddish Stained Old Treen Canister oil and gas truck and great in the hand--IAnother sort of thing I just can't pass by when I come across them; who can ever have too many treen boxes and bottles and canisters? This very phallic looking one bears a reddish stain, with an indent in the rounded top which seems as if made to meet a flat head screwdriver or coin in order to twist off the top, but I really have no idea! 3 7 8" t x 1 5 8" in diameter. Top slides over bottom and comes off easily. Early 20th century I would think.
